PPHS CYBERSECURITY STANDARD

for SMEs and public institutions

Easy to implement

Dedicated for SMEs and public institutions

Contains elements of ISO 27001

For several years, the PPHS has been actively participating both in the implementation of international standards (ISO 27001, ISO 37001) and in the process of creating new ones (member of working groups at the Polish Committee for Standardization, cooperation with the European Committee for Standardization CEN).

The analysis of available standards made us realize that there is no appropriate standard which small and medium-sized enterprises as well as small and medium-sized public institutions could implement to prepare their organization for cyber threats.

The ISO 27001 standard – Information Security Management System – in practice, is dedicated to large entities that have specialized staff responsible for the security of the organization.

Due to this fact, we have decided to develop a customized standard which can be easily implemented and used without additional, excessively time-consuming tasks for employees.

  • Aware and properly trained employees
  • Diagnosed key elements which are most important to the organization and may be the target of a cyber attack
  • Better protection of personal data
  • Well suited technical solutions for protection against cyber attacks
  • Compliance with ISO 27001, which facilitates future implementation of this standard, e.g. for the development of your organization

Implementation of the standard requires time, but does not have to be excessively time-consuming. The PPHS Cybersecurity Standard has been created to ensure that its implementation is adjusted to the real possibilities of your institution.
